Medical facilities
Minnesota School of Business-Shakopee offers many programs in the health sciences which require hands-on training in simulated work environments. Our campus facilities include microscope labs, a veterinary suite, kennels for rescue animals, medical labs and patient care labs for those in our medical assistant classes.
Library and tutoring lab
The library contains resources that support our students’ studies, including reference materials, periodicals, books and extensive electronic resources―journals, databases, academic papers and books. Our library staff members are available throughout the week to help students locate materials.
Attached to the library is our tutoring room, where students can receive free one-on-one tutoring in many areas of study: math, writing, business, computers and medical terminology.
Student lounge
The student commons and lounge area provides a comfortable environment for students to relax and refuel before and after classes. Our student lounge is rarely left unoccupied―here you’ll find students relaxing, studying, working on joint projects, hanging out with their fellow classmates, surfing the web or watching television.
